Hurray for Turtle for finishing The Tybee Island Half Marathon. She was smiling as she crossed the finish line.

Hopefully we'll hear more about it later. Observers looked a little wet and chilly.
Nothing wrong with a straight line....

Thanks! My goal was to not feel like shit or shit myself, and I did both! Felt great the entire time and I'm very glad I had some rainy training runs. It drizzled at the beginning, stopped, then poured, then stopped, then sprinkled, then stopped. Never got soaking wet, never got too hot, never got too cold. Just right!

I even had energy left over for lunch at North Beach Grill, but now it's time for a nap.

Yay. So proud of you!
My goal in life is to be as good a person as my dogs think I am.

The average dog is a nicer person than the average person.

How does it feel to feel?

Congratulations, Turtle. It was a warm and beautiful day, despite the rain. I hiked around my family's property today with a recurve shooting target shots all day. No long-Johns, no layers, no problem. It's nice to not freeze your butt off for once.
